Get a complete statement of your transactions
Enter your cellphone number and we will email a spreadsheet of every transaction on it to the address on your account.
Request your statement
Every ATM purchase, online purchase and online sale on your number, in a spreadsheet.
What is on your statement
The statement is an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) with one row per transaction, newest first. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice, and each row shows:
- The date and time of the transaction, in Toronto time, and its TradeID or receipt number where it has one.
- The amount in Canadian dollars, in the buy or the sell column, and how you paid: cash at an ATM, Interac e-Transfer, debit or credit card, wire transfer or Flexepin.
- The Interac reference number for an e-Transfer purchase, and the ATM's location for a cash purchase.
- The cryptocurrency and the amount of it, the wallet address it was sent to (for a purchase) and the blockchain transaction ID.
Which transactions are covered
Every transaction on the Bitcoin4U accounts that use your cellphone number: cash purchases at our Bitcoin ATMs, and online purchases by Interac e-Transfer, debit or credit card, wire transfer or Flexepin voucher, plus your e-Transfer sales. Online orders appear once they are complete. It is a record for you and your accountant, for example when you report your cryptocurrency for tax. Need a receipt for a single transaction instead? Use Get a receipt.
Where it is sent
Your statement is emailed only to the address on your Bitcoin4U account, never to an address typed on this page, and only after you enter the code we text to your number. If your ATM account and your online account have different email addresses, each address gets that account's transactions. If we have no email address for you, or the one we have is out of date, change it first under Change my email address on file. How we hold and use your data is set out in our privacy policy.
No login needed
Bitcoin4U has no usernames or passwords: your cellphone number is your account, and a code texted to it is how you prove it is yours. My account explains everything you can do this way. We never ask you for a code by phone or email, and we never ask you to send cryptocurrency back - if someone does, read common cryptocurrency scams. Questions about a transaction? Email [email protected].
