Why is this Bitcoin price different from the one Google shows?
The figure a search engine shows is a market reference rate: an average from exchanges and data providers, before any dealer's spread or fees. The prices on this page are Bitcoin4U's own. The buy price is what you pay per Bitcoin when you buy from us by Interac e-Transfer, and the sell price is what we pay per Bitcoin when you sell to us. Both include Bitcoin4U's spread, which is why the buy price is higher than the sell price. Our fees are separate and are listed on the fees page, and the order form shows every figure before you confirm.
How long does it take to get my Bitcoin?
When you buy by Interac e-Transfer and choose the "Right now" send, your Bitcoin is sent automatically, day or night, as soon as your e-Transfer is deposited and matches your order: 99% of those orders go out within 20 seconds, and an order held for a name, amount or address check takes longer. Most banks deliver an e-Transfer within minutes; a few take up to 30. The cheaper "I can wait" send goes out in a batch within the wait shown on the order form. The Bitcoin network then confirms the transaction, usually in 10 to 20 minutes. When you sell, your e-Transfer is sent automatically, at any hour, once your Bitcoin has one network confirmation: 99% of payouts are sent within 20 seconds of it, and occasionally a sale needs a manual check first.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can buy or sell?
Buying Bitcoin by Interac e-Transfer starts at $50 and goes up to $25,000 per 24 hours. Selling Bitcoin for an e-Transfer is $50 minimum and $25,000 maximum per sale. Your own limit may be lower; the order form shows it once you enter your mobile number. For $25,000 to $100,000, buy by wire transfer. Limits for every method are on the fees page.
